Stanley Okonkwo brings over 12 years’ experience in the credit reporting industry. He started at TransUnion as a Customer Service Representative and later promoted to a Policy Analyst. From there, he moved on to the Bank of NY Mellon as a Financial Analyst followed by a position as a Business Coordinator of Operations. With his experience and knowledge of the ins and outs of the credit bureau world, he is a subject matter expert when it comes to dealing with customers and handling their credit reporting issues and concerns. Along with his customer service background, his analytical background shows off his ability to analyze and report on data and processing trends, which in turn, lead to possible process improvements as well as the identification and resolution of root causes for the business.
