Meet Ana Marcia.
Ana is originally from Honduras but has now been the United States for 17 years. She is a small business owner who does housekeeping and dreams of obtaining her immigration papers.
Attorney fees for immigration papers were quoted to Ana to be between 5-6 thousand dollars. The bank was not able to provide the necessary money, making this dream seem unreachable.
"My dream is that they [my children] can undertake much more than what I did, that they become an example of getting ahead, that they become professionals, since unfortunately we were not able to get to that point. But with the little knowledge that we had, we wanted our children to be somebody and to be very important."
"…through the help of [Capital] Good Fund, I had this great opportunity, and no other bank gave me the opportunity like [Capital] Good Fund did."
