Chief Program Officer

As the Chief Program Officer, Richard leads the implementation of CBA’s core training services, oversees member relations, and directs stakeholder engagement. Before joining CBA, he spent 12 years as the Director of Financial Education for Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Savannah running a community-based financial wellness program helping thousands of low-to-moderate income families improve their credit. Richard has served on the Step-Up Savannah Public Policy Committee, the FINRA Foundation’s Financial Capability@Work Advisory Committee, and the Mayor’s Affordable Housing Task Force. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina.
