Dario comes from a credit and customer service background as he's previously worked for Transunion. At Transunion (TU), he started off taking calls for different products, disputes, security freeze, fraud alerts, assisted with identifying mixed and thin files and much more. He then moved over to Quality Assurance where he became a senior rep and held weekly meetings with call centers in Guatemala, India, Canada, Philippines, and other departments within TU. He later transitioned to an analytical role assisting with reporting, identifying trends and root cause analysis. Dario is a big sports fan, gamer and also a full time dad.
