Carli Cisna

Carli joined CBA in June 2021 and currently leads the implementation of in-person and virtual training services offered through the CBA Training Institute as well as managing the functional logistics of training content production and delivery while supporting CBA members through specialized trainings and grant-based work. Prior to joining CBA, Carli worked as an integrated financial coach empowering transitional housing residents and small-business entrepreneurs in Financial Empowerment Centers, serving elementary school families under a United Way contract, and working with service members of the National Guard. Carli is an Accredited Financial Counselor with the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education (AFCPE) since 2017 and became a Master Trainer with CBA in 2018. Her educational background includes a mix of formal and informal experiences consisting of a Master’s in International Management from Colorado State University – Global Campus, a Bachelor’s in Latin American Studies – Spanish from Seattle Pacific University, and time spent living in Spain and Costa Rica.
