Brooke Cain

As CBA Fund Manager, Brooke manages lending and technical assistance provided by CBA Fund, CBA’s CDFI Intermediary, to help expand the capacity of nonprofits to provide safe and affordable small dollar loans and credit building products in their communities.
Prior to joining CBA, Brooke worked at Strategies for International Development, a nonprofit working in rural development in Latin America in Washington D.C. and LiftFund, a Community Development Financial Institution in San Antonio, Texas.
Brooke has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado's Graduate School of Public Affairs. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Microfinance and Financial Inclusion from the Universidad Autónoma, Madrid, Spain.
