As a Monthly Reporter your responsibilities will include:

• Upload Metro2 file to the CBA website by the 7th business day of each month for the prior month.
• Upload client correction files on an as needed basis to CBA
• Upon notification, work with CBA to respond to e-Oscar disputes to the credit bureaus
• Check out our Credit Builder Toolkit and add new products and services that build credit.
• Track your outcomes (increased repayment ratio, increased client credit scores)
• Communicate with CBA technology or management delays in reporting

To Become a Monthly Reporter:

• Complete the CBA Reporter Application.
• CBA will send you the credit bureau contracts and a first year invoice.
• Upon receipt, CBA will submit the contracts to the credit bureaus.
• You will receive credit bureau membership.  

CBA Reporter Fees

• One-time $325 Application Fee: includes the cost of credentialing with Experian and TransUnion and credit bureau site visits.
• $600 Annual Reporter Fee: includes unlimited technical assistance, monthly upload support, e-Oscar account, and membership fee.
• Total price: $925 first year, then $600 annually
